Welcome at LIMES aan den Rijn

On September 6, 2019, Dennis de Prie and Daan Reijngoudt launched this restaurant in Valkenburg (ZH) with a unique open kitchen concept. Due to its central location, they have created dozens of “Chef’s tables,” giving you a literal peek into the kitchen. The spacious restaurant with its high ceilings is modern and warmly decorated. You lunch or dine in a casual atmosphere with professional hospitality in excellent acoustics. LIMES aan den Rijn is located directly on the N206 and just steps away from the A44 and the N434. There is always free and ample parking in front of the door. There is a large terrace adjacent to the Old Rhine, with plenty of berths for your boat.

Lunch & Dinner

You can join us for an intimate dinner for two, but the location’s fine accessibility also makes it perfect for business lunches. We offer menus that we serve within the desired time. Larger parties are of course also welcome at our place. There are seats for up to 120 people. You can choose from different menus and packages. We gladly invite you to discuss your wishes.

Private dining

That is possible in our loft! Enjoy your own space! This space above the kitchen offers availability for up to 24 people. The half open loft can also be used for meetings and conferences, in combination with a light lunch or an extensive dinner. Downstairs, the restaurant consists of 2 sections where you can also dine quietly with your own company, without being bothered by other guests. Both areas offer availability for 24 to 50 people.

Walking dinner

Ideal for corporate events or family occasions! We provide a walking dinner up to approximately 180 people. Possibly to combine on a tour boat of Amsterdam Boat Cruises!

Party night

For your company party, we transform the restaurant into a great location for a party night. With a DJ or an artist, a lighting plan, with appetizers or culinary dishes, we will make your company party a great success.
